Questions Parents Ask
Who can participate?
Children and teens ages 6–17 who live in the United States. A parent or legal guardian submits the artwork.
Does it cost anything?
No. Participation is completely free, and no purchase is ever necessary.
Can my child submit more than one artwork?
One artwork per child for each exhibition. Your child is welcome to take part in all six continents.
What kind of artwork is accepted?
Original artwork made by hand with traditional materials — pencils, crayons, markers, paints, collage and more. Artwork that is AI-generated, traced or copied, or made mostly by an adult cannot be accepted.
Is this a contest?
No. There are no rankings and no winners. The first 500 eligible submissions for each continent are accepted, in the order they are received.
What information is shown publicly?
Only your child’s first name or a nickname, an optional last initial, age group, city (optional), and state — never addresses, phone numbers, or emails.
Who owns the artwork?
Your child keeps the copyright. You give 365 for Kids permission to display and publish the image only in the ways you choose in the form.
