Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 365forKids.com, the 365 for Kids Library, free and paid accounts, digital content, educational resources, children’s initiatives, submissions, programs, and related services operated by Snowlike Studio, LLC under the 365 for Kids brand.

Please read these Terms carefully.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, submitting content, registering for a program, checking an agreement box, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not create an account, purchase a membership, submit materials, or use restricted portions of the website.

1. Who We Are

365 for Kids is a children’s educational and creative initiative operated by:

In these Terms, “365 for Kids,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Snowlike Studio, LLC and the 365 for Kids brand.

“Website” means 365forKids.com and its language versions.

“365 for Kids Library” or “Library” means the digital content library made available through the Website.

2. Services Covered by These Terms

These Terms apply to:

• the 365 for Kids Website;
• free Library content and free Library accounts;
• paid 365 for Kids Library Memberships;
• audio stories, videos, lessons, printables, coloring pages, activities, and other digital resources;
• books and other products presented through the Website;
• newsletters and free resources;
• educational, literary, artistic, and community initiatives;
• partnership and organizational access programs;
• online forms and creative submissions;
• online or in-person programs promoted through the Website;
• other services that link to or incorporate these Terms.

Certain programs, initiatives, products, or services may include additional guidelines or consent forms. Those additional terms apply together with these Terms. If there is a direct conflict, the more specific terms for the applicable program or initiative will control.

3. Adult Accounts and Eligibility

Accounts, paid memberships, purchases, registrations, and children’s submissions must be completed by a person who is at least 18 years old.

By creating an account or submitting information, you confirm that:

• you are 18 years of age or older;
• the information you provide is accurate and current;
• you are acting as a parent, legal guardian, educator, teacher, organizational representative, or other authorized adult;
• you have the authority to accept these Terms;
• when acting for a child, you have all permissions required to provide the information or submission.

Children must not independently:

• create an account;
• purchase a membership;
• provide their personal email address;
• subscribe to marketing communications;
• submit personal information or creative work without appropriate adult involvement.

4. The 365 for Kids Library

The 365 for Kids Library is a growing digital library of educational and creative content for children and families.

The Library may include:

• audio stories;
• fairy tales, folk tales, myths, and legends;
• science stories and educational adventures;
• stories about virtues, emotions, and life skills;
• video lessons;
• art and creative activities;
• printable resources and coloring pages;
• motivation and learning resources;
• other family and educational materials.

The content available in the Library may change over time. We may add, update, reorganize, replace, or remove materials when reasonably necessary.

A membership does not guarantee that every item, collection, or feature will remain available permanently.

5. Free Library Access

Some Library materials may be available without payment or through a free adult-created account.

Free Library Access may include:

• selected audio stories;
• samples from paid collections;
• free educational resources;
• materials provided through a school, library, organization, or community partner;
• time-limited or program-specific access;
• other content identified as free.

We may change the quantity or type of content included in Free Library Access.

Free access does not automatically include all content available through the paid Library Membership.

6. Paid Library Membership

The paid membership offered through the Website is called the:

365 for Kids Library Membership

Unless another price is clearly displayed at checkout, the membership price is:

$3.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes

The Library Membership provides access to digital content identified on the Website as included with the paid membership.

Membership benefits may include access to multiple Library collections and newly added materials. Specific benefits are described on the Library and collection pages.

7. Automatic Renewal and Recurring Payments

The 365 for Kids Library Membership is a recurring monthly subscription.

By purchasing the membership, you understand and agree that:

• you will be charged $3.99 when you initially subscribe;
• the membership will automatically renew each month until canceled;
• the payment method provided at checkout will be charged automatically for each renewal;
• renewal charges generally occur at monthly intervals based on the original subscription date, subject to payment-processor timing;
• the membership continues until you cancel it;
• you must cancel before the next renewal charge is processed to avoid being charged for the next billing period;
• checking the Terms agreement box and completing checkout constitutes your electronic authorization for recurring charges.

There is no free trial unless a free trial is expressly stated on the checkout page.

We may change the membership price in the future. If the recurring price changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the new price applies. You may cancel before the new price becomes effective.

8. Payment Processing

Payments made through 365forKids.com are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you authorize:

• Snowlike Studio, LLC to initiate the disclosed membership charges;
• Stripe or the applicable payment processor to store and use the payment method as necessary to process recurring payments;
• the payment processor to perform fraud prevention, authentication, and transaction processing.

We do not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on our Website servers.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method.

If a payment is declined, expires, or otherwise fails, we may:

• notify you;
• retry the payment;
• temporarily suspend paid access;
• cancel the membership if the payment remains unresolved.

9. Canceling a Library Membership

You may cancel your paid Library Membership at any time.

Online memberships may be canceled through the cancellation option available in your Membership Account page.

If you cannot access the online cancellation function because of a technical problem, contact:

Library Membership Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. The cancellation confirmation or Membership Account page will indicate when your paid access ends.

Deleting an email, abandoning the account, removing a payment card without completing cancellation, or not using the Library does not automatically cancel the subscription.

You are responsible for completing the cancellation process before the next renewal charge.

10. Refunds

Because paid Library content becomes available immediately after purchase, monthly membership charges are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except when:

• a refund is required by applicable law;
• a duplicate payment was processed;
• an unauthorized or incorrect charge is confirmed;
• a technical error prevented the purchased access from being provided;
• we approve a refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

Canceling a membership prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

Include the account email address, payment date, and a brief description of the issue.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on Stripe, the card issuer, or the financial institution.

Our separate Return & Refund Policy applies in addition to this section and should be read before making a purchase.

11. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your password;
• restricting unauthorized access to your account;
• keeping your email address and account information current;
• notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized use;
• all activity performed through your account, except activity caused by our own security failure.

You must not:

• publish your login information;
• sell or transfer your account;
• share your login with unrelated households or organizations;
• allow multiple organizations, branches, classrooms, or staff members to use a standard individual account unless specifically authorized;
• attempt to bypass membership restrictions or technical protections.

We may require a password reset or temporarily restrict an account when we reasonably believe its security has been compromised.

12. Permitted Family and Educational Use

Unless a resource states otherwise, Library content is provided under a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license.

A standard account may be used:

• by the adult account holder and children within the same household;
• by one parent or guardian for family learning;
• by one educator with a directly supervised classroom or learning group;
• for personal, noncommercial educational and creative activities.

You may:

• listen to or view content through the Website;
• print downloadable materials for your household or directly supervised class when printing is permitted;
• use activities for personal, family, or noncommercial educational purposes;
• discuss and respond creatively to the materials.

You may not:

• copy or download content when no download option is provided;
• record, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly upload Library content;
• share protected files through email, cloud storage, social media, websites, messaging groups, or file-sharing services;
• resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the content;
• remove copyright, credit, trademark, or ownership notices;
• create competing collections or derivative commercial products;
• use the content to train artificial-intelligence systems or datasets without written permission;
• use a family or educator account for an entire organization, district, network, or multiple unrelated groups.

Organizational, library, school, residential-program, or community-partner access may be governed by separate written terms.

13. Community Collaboration and Organizational Access

Schools, libraries, youth programs, community groups, nonprofit organizations, homeschool communities, and other organizations may collaborate with 365 for Kids and may separately request organizational access to protected Library resources.

Partnership interest does not automatically provide access to protected resources or guarantee publication of submitted materials. Educational Library access is provided after the organization’s information has been verified. Community Showcase materials are reviewed under the applicable publication, privacy, consent, and technical guidelines. An organization with verified Educational Library access agrees to:

• use access only for the approved educational or community purpose;
• designate responsible adult staff members;
• supervise children while using the materials;
• protect account credentials;
• comply with privacy and child-protection requirements;
• obtain all permissions required for child participation or submissions;
• not charge families specifically for access that was provided to the organization without charge;
• not share restricted materials outside the approved organization.

We may establish separate limits, durations, reporting requirements, or participation terms for organizational access.

14. Children’s Programs and Initiatives

365 for Kids may organize educational, literary, artistic, and community initiatives, including:

• Annual Children’s Stories & Art Exhibition;
• Voices from the Heart;
• Pages of Virtue;
• future exhibitions, Community Showcases, collections, contests, publications, audio projects, and educational programs.

Each initiative may have its own:

• age requirements;
• geographic requirements;
• language requirements;
• submission deadline;
• subject or theme;
• technical specifications;
• selection process;
• judging criteria;
• publication plan;
• consent form;
• award or certificate rules;
• participation capacity and order of acceptance;

An initiative may close submissions before its published deadline if its stated participation capacity is reached. Where acceptance is based on the order in which submissions are received, only complete submissions that meet all published eligibility, participation, consent, content, copyright, safety, and technical requirements will be counted, as further described in the initiative-specific rules.

Participants and submitting adults must review and follow the rules stated on the applicable initiative page and submission form.

Participation in one initiative does not create membership access or eligibility for another initiative unless expressly stated.

15. Authority to Submit for a Child

A child’s work or information may be submitted only by an adult permitted under the specific initiative rules.

The submitting adult confirms that:

• they are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have authority to submit the material;
• all required parent, guardian, school, agency, organization, or other permissions have been obtained;
• the information supplied is accurate;
• the child understands the nature of the activity in a manner appropriate for the child’s age;
• the submission does not violate another person’s privacy, copyright, or other rights.

A teacher, educator, organization, foster-care representative, residential-program representative, or other adult must not submit a child’s work merely because they have access to it. They must first obtain the permissions required by their institution and applicable law.

We may request additional confirmation of authority before reviewing or publishing a submission.

16. Submission Standards

Submitted artwork, writing, recordings, and other materials must:

• be created by the participating child, subject to age-appropriate adult assistance permitted by the initiative;
• be original or otherwise legally authorized;
• follow the initiative’s theme and technical requirements;
• be appropriate for children, families, schools, and community audiences;
• avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information;
• not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• not contain illegal, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, threatening, exploitative, or seriously harmful content;
• not contain malicious files, hidden advertising, or unauthorized commercial promotion.

Unless expressly requested, submissions should not include:

• a child’s full last name;
• home address;
• personal telephone number;
• private social-media account;
• medical or mental-health information;
• detailed family circumstances;
• foster-care or residential-care status;
• school name;
• photographs clearly showing the child’s face.

We may reject, remove, or request changes to a submission that does not comply with these standards.

17. Ownership of Children’s Submissions

The child or the child’s lawful rights holder retains copyright ownership in the child’s original artwork, writing, recording, or other creative submission.

Submitting work does not transfer ownership of the child’s work to 365 for Kids.

However, by submitting work and providing the required permission, the authorized adult grants Snowlike Studio, LLC — 365 for Kids a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• review and evaluate the submission;
• reproduce and store it;
• resize, crop, format, transcribe, caption, or make minor editorial corrections;
• display or perform it publicly;
• publish it online or in print;
• include it in an exhibition, gallery, audio collection, catalog, annual book, certificate, or program archive;
• share it through official 365 for Kids communication and social-media channels;
• promote the applicable initiative and related educational programs.

We will not intentionally make material changes that alter the child’s central meaning or creative expression without additional permission.

Unless the applicable initiative states otherwise, participation is unpaid, and no royalty or other compensation is owed for authorized publication or display.

Printed catalogs, annual books, and other publications may be sold or distributed without payment to individual participants, unless the initiative rules expressly provide otherwise.

18. Public Identification and Privacy

When publishing a child’s work, we may use only the information authorized through the applicable submission form, such as:

• first name and last-name initial;
• approved public display name or creative name;
• age or age group;
• city and state;
• title of the work;
• selected story, book, virtue, or topic;
• participating organization’s name, when authorized.

Parent, guardian, teacher, or organizational contact information will not be displayed publicly unless separate express permission is provided.

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

19. Selection, Publication, Awards, and Certificates

Submitting work does not guarantee:

• acceptance;
• selection;
• publication;
• an award;
• a certificate;
• permanent online display;
• inclusion in a printed publication,

unless the specific initiative expressly states otherwise.

We may consider:

• compliance with the guidelines;
• age eligibility;
• originality;
• appropriateness;
• technical quality;
• available space;
• connection to the theme;
• completeness of the consent information.

For initiatives that include awards or judging, decisions are made according to the published criteria and are final, except where an administrative error is confirmed.

Certificates and recognitions have no cash value unless expressly stated.

We may correct spelling, formatting, technical, or administrative errors in certificates and published materials.

20. Removal of Children’s Work

A parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative may request removal of a child’s work from online channels controlled directly by 365 for Kids.

Requests should be sent from the email address used for the original submission, or the requester must provide reasonable proof of authority.

Child Submission Removal Request

We will make reasonable efforts to stop future online use and remove the material from channels we directly control.

However:

• printed books and catalogs already produced cannot be recalled;
• previously distributed physical copies cannot be retrieved;
• third-party shares, downloads, screenshots, archives, or reposts may remain available;
• search-engine caches may not disappear immediately;
• backups may retain copies temporarily;
• limited records may be retained to document consent, publication history, or legal compliance.

A removal request does not invalidate uses lawfully completed before the request was processed.

21. Books and Amazon

The Website may present books created by or associated with 365 for Kids and link visitors to Amazon or another third-party retailer.

Purchases completed through Amazon are:

• transactions between the purchaser and Amazon or the applicable seller;
• processed according to Amazon’s payment, shipping, return, and privacy policies;
• subject to prices and availability determined on Amazon.

We do not control Amazon shipping, printing, delivery, account administration, or refund decisions.

Questions about an Amazon order should first be directed to Amazon.

22. Patreon

365 for Kids may maintain a separate creator page and membership offering through Patreon.

A Patreon membership is separate from:

• Free Library Access;
• a paid Library Membership purchased through 365forKids.com;
• organizational or partner access.

Patreon prices, benefits, billing, cancellation procedures, and content may differ from those offered through the Website.

Purchasing through Patreon does not automatically create a Website account or Library Membership. Purchasing through the Website does not automatically create a Patreon membership.

Patreon accounts and payments are governed by Patreon’s terms and policies.

We may communicate with Patreon members and provide Patreon benefits through Patreon or as otherwise described in the applicable Patreon membership offering.

23. Email Communications

We may send service-related messages necessary to:

• create or confirm an account;
• reset a password;
• confirm a payment;
• provide billing or cancellation information;
• deliver a requested resource;
• communicate about a child’s submission;
• provide initiative updates, results, or certificates;
• respond to a request.

Optional newsletters, free stories, printable activities, program announcements, and occasional promotional offers are sent only to adults who choose to receive them or where otherwise permitted by law.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to purchase a membership, create an account, or participate in a free initiative.

Marketing recipients may unsubscribe through the link provided in the email.

24. Intellectual Property

Except for content identified as belonging to another creator, participant, licensor, or the public domain, the Website and its content are owned by or licensed to Snowlike Studio, LLC — 365 for Kids.

Protected content may include:

• original stories and adaptations;
• audio recordings and narration;
• illustrations and graphics;
• videos and lessons;
• worksheets and printables;
• website design and layout;
• collection organization and compilations;
• logos, names, and branding;
• written educational content;
• photographs and promotional materials.

The use of public-domain source material does not give 365 for Kids ownership over the original public-domain work. However, original recordings, adaptations, translations, illustrations, layouts, annotations, and compilations may be protected separately.

Nothing in these Terms transfers our intellectual-property rights to the user.

25. Copyright Concerns

If you believe material on the Website infringes your copyright or other rights, contact:

• identification of the protected work;
• identification of the material in question;
• the location of the material;
• an explanation of your concern;
• confirmation that the information supplied is accurate.

We may temporarily remove or restrict disputed material while reviewing the concern.

26. Educational and Informational Disclaimer

365 for Kids content is intended for general educational, creative, and family use.

It is not a substitute for:

• professional medical advice;
• psychological or mental-health treatment;
• diagnosis or therapy;
• legal advice;
• individualized educational assessment;
• professional tutoring or special-education services;
• adult supervision or childcare.

Content concerning emotions, behavior, motivation, relationships, safety, or life skills is educational in nature and should not be treated as personalized professional advice.

Parents, guardians, and educators are responsible for deciding whether particular content is suitable for an individual child.

27. Website Availability and Technical Issues

We work to keep the Website and Library available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Access may be interrupted because of:

• maintenance;
• software updates;
• hosting or network problems;
• payment-provider outages;
• security incidents;
• equipment failure;
• third-party service changes;
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may temporarily suspend access to maintain or protect the Website.

If a technical problem prevents paid access, contact us so that we can investigate and, when appropriate, restore access or provide another reasonable solution.

28. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe that the user has:

• violated these Terms;
• shared restricted content or account credentials improperly;
• attempted to bypass access protections;
• used the Website fraudulently or unlawfully;
• submitted harmful or prohibited material;
• infringed another person’s rights;
• created a safety or security risk;
• failed to resolve required membership payments;
• abused staff members, participants, or community partners.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the violation.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

Termination for a material violation does not necessarily entitle the user to a refund.

29. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may contain links, forms, embedded content, or services operated by third parties, including:

• Stripe;
• Google;
• Amazon;
• Patreon;
• YouTube;
• Vimeo;
• Setmore;
• Facebook;
• Instagram;
• Pinterest;
• TikTok;
• other service providers.

We do not control third-party websites or their independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or content.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

30. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website, Library, programs, and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• the Website will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
• all content will meet every user’s individual expectations;
• use of the content will produce a specific educational, emotional, behavioral, or commercial result;
• every error or technical problem can be corrected immediately;
• third-party services will remain available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snowlike Studio, LLC and 365 for Kids will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Website, Library, content, programs, or third-party services.

Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid directly to us for that service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

For a free service, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including where applicable to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or certain personal-injury claims.

32. Responsibility for Submitted Materials

The submitting adult is responsible for claims arising from:

• submitting material without required authority;
• infringement of copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• false information about permission or authorship;
• violation of the initiative rules;
• unlawful or harmful submitted content.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Snowlike Studio, LLC for reasonable losses or expenses caused directly by your material violation of these responsibilities.

33. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law controls.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court in Illinois that has proper jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires another location.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to the consumer.

34. International Users

The Website is operated from the United States.

Users accessing the Website from another country are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to them.

Where a translated version of these Terms is provided, the English-language version will control in the event of a conflict, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

35. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when:

• our Library or services change;
• prices or membership features change;
• new programs or providers are introduced;
• legal or regulatory requirements change;
• clarification is reasonably necessary.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

For material changes affecting an active paid subscription, we will provide additional notice when required.

Continued use of the services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where separate express consent is legally required.

36. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or limited as closely as legally possible to its intended purpose.

37. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

38. Assignment

You may not transfer your account, membership, or rights under these Terms without our written permission.

We may transfer these Terms as part of a lawful merger, restructuring, sale, or transfer of the business or relevant assets, subject to applicable law.

39. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, checkout disclosures, and applicable initiative-specific rules, constitute the agreement governing your use of the relevant 365 for Kids services.
