Stories, knowledge, creativity, and meaningful opportunities for children throughout the year
365 for Kids is a creative and educational platform designed to help children discover meaningful stories and ideas, express themselves in different ways, and share their voices and original work.
Through audio collections, books, creative resources, guided activities, and annual children’s programs, we connect reading and listening with imagination, curiosity, reflection, and public participation.
Our online resources support families, libraries, schools, homeschool communities, and community organizations. Our annual programs welcome eligible children and teens from across the United States.
What Is 365 for Kids?
A World of Stories, Discovery, and Children’s Expression
365 for Kids brings together several forms of learning and creative participation in one growing educational environment.
Children can:
- listen to fairy tales, myths, legends, and classic stories;
- discover science, nature, technology, and the world around them;
- explore virtues, emotions, life skills, and meaningful choices;
- respond through drawing, writing, expressive reading, discussion, and creative projects;
- share their ideas, voices, and original work with others.
The goal is not to replace school instruction or provide a rigid curriculum. It is to create accessible opportunities that encourage curiosity, imagination, personal expression, and meaningful connection.
One story, one discovery, and one creative response can become the beginning of a much larger journey.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create accessible cultural and educational opportunities that encourage children to:
- develop a lasting relationship with stories and knowledge;
- discover the joy of creative expression;
- think about ideas, emotions, virtues, and real-life choices;
- build confidence in their own voice;
- experience the recognition that comes from being seen, heard, and valued.
We believe that children should not only receive information. They should also have opportunities to transform what they discover into something personal and meaningful—and, when appropriate, share it with a wider audience.

The READ — CREATE — REFLECT — SHARE Learning Model
The 365 for Kids learning model connects stories and knowledge with creativity, reflection, and authentic opportunities for sharing.
READ
Read, listen, explore, and discover
Children begin with a story, literary passage, scientific idea, virtue, emotion, or meaningful question.
CREATE
Respond in a personal and creative way
They may draw, write, make, discuss, read aloud, record their voice, or express an idea through another creative form
REFLECT
Think about meaning and connection
Children consider what they learned, felt, noticed, or understood and how it connects with a virtue, a choice, a question, or real life.
SHARE
Give the child’s work an authentic audience
Sharing may take place with a family member, a small group, a local community, or—through the annual 365 for Kids programs—with audiences across the United States.
Children’s work created through partner-hosted activities may also be shared throughout the year through dedicated Community Showcase pages.
Every activity includes an opportunity to share. Public participation and online publication are optional and require parent or guardian permission.
What 365 for Kids Offers
Educational Library
A growing collection of audio stories, science content, virtue-based resources, emotional learning materials, life-skills topics, and creative inspiration for children.
The collections can be used during bedtime, quiet time, travel, creative activities, family conversations, and partner-led children’s programs.
Books and Creative Resources
Story collections, science books, coloring books, activity books, and other resources designed to extend children’s learning beyond the screen.
Whenever appropriate, books are connected with audio, visual, or creative materials.
Nationwide Children’s Programs
Annual programs invite children and teens to transform reading, creativity, and reflection into publicly shared cultural work.
Children can participate through:
- visual art;
- expressive reading and recorded voice;
- original written reflection

Children Can Be Seen, Heard, and Published
The annual 365 for Kids programs provide noncompetitive opportunities for children to receive visibility and recognition for their effort, ideas, voices, and original work.
Children’s Stories & Art Exhibition
Children create original visual art inspired by books, fairy tales, myths, legends, family stories, and other storytelling sources.
Accepted artwork is presented through a virtual exhibition and an annual exhibition catalog.

Children select a meaningful literary passage, read it aloud, and explain why the page, idea, or virtue matters to them.
Accepted recordings become part of a publicly accessible online audio collection.

Working with Libraries, Schools, and Community Organizations
365 for Kids collaborates with libraries, schools, homeschool communities, afterschool programs, nonprofit organizations, cultural centers, and other organizations serving children and families.
These partnerships are built on shared contribution. Organizations bring trusted relationships, local knowledge, facilitators, and places where activities can happen. 365 for Kids provides educational collections, ready-to-use Activity Guides, annual opportunities, and a public platform for celebrating children’s work.
Together, we can:
- organize flexible local children’s activities;
- connect families with educational resources;
- share free annual opportunities;
- create year-round Community Showcases;
- give children’s ideas and original work a meaningful audience.
Complimentary Educational Library access is verified separately so that protected resources are provided to eligible educational and community users.
Founder and Program Developer
Snejana Stoyanova — Artist, Educator, Author, and Entrepreneur
365 for Kids was founded and developed by Snejana Stoyanova, an artist and educator with more than three decades of experience working with children, families, teachers, and aspiring young artists.
She holds a master’s degree from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria, with professional preparation in art and pedagogy.
In the early 1990s, she founded Studio S – educational center in Sofia, where she developed and managed art and educational programs for children and young people. Her professional work has included:
- art education and creative development;
- children’s and family programs;
- preparation of educational materials;
- books and storytelling projects;
- exhibitions and public presentations of children’s work;
- development and management of educational organizations.
After establishing Snowlike Studio in Illinois, she began developing 365 for Kids as an English-language platform connecting stories, science, virtues, creative expression, and opportunities for children to share their work with wider audiences.
365 for Kids is the continuation of a lifelong commitment to helping children learn, create, and believe that their ideas matter.
From a Local Creative Practice to a Growing Online Community
365 for Kids grew from a simple but lasting belief: children benefit when stories, knowledge, creativity, and human connection become part of everyday life.
The project began with digital stories, books, audio collections, and creative resources. It later expanded to include partnerships, activity guides, and annual programs that allow children to share their artwork, voices, and writing.
Developed in the Chicagoland area and accessible online, 365 for Kids now welcomes participation from children, families, libraries, schools, and community organizations in different parts of the United States.
The project continues to grow through new collections, partner relationships, children’s programs, and public cultural resources.
