1. Digital Products (PDFs, Audiobooks, Videos, Downloads)
- All sales of digital products are final.
- Since digital files are delivered instantly after purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
- If you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your product, please contact us at hello@365forkids.com, and we will ensure you receive your purchase.
2. Physical Products (Printed Books, Art Kits, Materials)
- We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.
3. Services, Memberships, and Subscriptions
