Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 16, 2026

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases and paid memberships made directly through 365forKids.com.

365 for Kids is operated by Snowlike Studio, LLC under the 365 for Kids brand.

Please read this Policy together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before making a purchase.

1. Overview

We want our billing, cancellation, and refund practices to be clear and fair.

The main paid service currently offered directly through 365forKids.com is the:

365 for Kids Library Membership — $3.99 per month

This is a recurring monthly digital membership that provides access to content within the 365 for Kids Library.

Because digital access is made available after payment, completed membership charges are generally non-refundable. However, we will review requests involving duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or significant technical problems.

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Canceling a Library Membership

You may cancel your paid 365 for Kids Library Membership at any time.

To cancel online:

  1. Log in to your 365forKids.com account.
  2. Open your Membership Account page.
  3. Select the option to cancel your Library Membership.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

When you cancel:

  • future recurring payments are stopped;
  • you will not be charged on the next scheduled renewal date;
  • your paid Library access is normally scheduled to continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for;
  • the exact expiration date should appear in your Membership Account or cancellation confirmation.

Canceling the paid membership does not necessarily delete your website account or any free access that may remain available.

You must complete the cancellation before the next renewal payment is processed to avoid the next monthly charge.

If a technical problem prevents you from canceling online, contact us promptly at:

info@snowlikestudio.com

Use the subject line:

Library Membership Cancellation

Please include the email address associated with your account. Do not send complete payment-card information by email.

3. No Prorated Refunds for Partial Billing Periods

We generally do not provide prorated refunds or credits for:

  • unused days remaining in a monthly billing period;
  • failure to use the Library;
  • forgetting to cancel before a renewal date;
  • changes in personal circumstances;
  • dissatisfaction with an individual story, lesson, collection, or resource;
  • cancellation after the monthly renewal payment has already been processed.

After cancellation, the member normally retains paid access until the expiration date shown in the account.

A cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically reverse a payment that has already been completed.

We may consider a courtesy refund in exceptional circumstances, but such refunds are discretionary unless required by law.

4. Situations in Which a Refund May Be Approved

A full or partial refund may be approved when:

  • the same charge was processed more than once;
  • we confirm that an incorrect amount was charged;
  • a payment was processed after a properly completed cancellation because of a technical or administrative error;
  • the purchaser reports an unauthorized transaction and the circumstances are reasonably verified;
  • a significant technical failure prevented access to the paid Library and we were unable to restore access within a reasonable period;
  • the wrong membership or service was purchased because of a confirmed checkout error;
  • a refund is required under applicable law.

We may request reasonable information necessary to locate and verify the payment.

Approval of one refund does not create an obligation to approve future refund requests under different circumstances.

5. Accidental Renewals

If you believe a membership renewed accidentally, please contact us as soon as possible.

An accidental-renewal request does not automatically qualify for a refund. We may consider factors such as:

  • when the request was submitted;
  • whether the Library was accessed after renewal;
  • whether a cancellation attempt was made before renewal;
  • whether a technical or billing error occurred;
  • whether a courtesy refund has previously been provided.

The most reliable way to avoid another charge is to cancel through the Membership Account page before the next scheduled payment date.

6. Technical Access Problems

If you paid for a Library Membership but cannot access the paid content, contact us before requesting a chargeback.

We will first attempt to:

  • confirm the correct account and membership;
  • restore access;
  • reset account credentials;
  • correct an incorrect membership status;
  • investigate a payment or website error;
  • provide reasonable technical assistance.

A temporary interruption, browser problem, forgotten password, unsupported device, internet outage, or failure to follow login instructions does not automatically qualify for a refund.

When a verified problem on our side prevents paid access for a substantial period and we cannot provide a reasonable solution, we may offer:

  • restored access;
  • an extension of the membership period;
  • a credit;
  • a partial refund;
  • a full refund.

The appropriate solution will depend on the circumstances.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment is declined or fails:

  • Stripe or the membership system may retry the payment;
  • you may receive a billing-failure notification;
  • you may be asked to update your payment method;
  • paid access may be limited, suspended, or ended if the payment remains unresolved.

A failed payment is not a completed purchase and therefore does not create a refund.

If you later discover that both an original payment and a retry were successfully charged for the same billing period, contact us so we can investigate a possible duplicate charge.

8. Separately Purchased Digital Products

If 365 for Kids offers a separately priced downloadable digital product directly through 365forKids.com, such as a PDF, audio download, printable package, video resource, or digital activity, the product-specific terms displayed at checkout will apply.

Unless the checkout page states otherwise:

  • digital-product sales are final after the download or access has been provided;
  • refunds are not provided simply because the purchaser changed their mind;
  • refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, incorrect files, corrupted files, or a verified failure to provide the purchased product;
  • we may first replace the file or restore access before issuing a refund.

Free downloads and complimentary resources have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds.

9. Books and Products Purchased Through Amazon

Books displayed on 365forKids.com may link to Amazon or another third-party retailer.

A book purchased through Amazon is not purchased directly from Snowlike Studio, LLC through 365forKids.com.

Amazon or the applicable seller controls:

  • payment processing;
  • printing and fulfillment;
  • shipping;
  • order changes;
  • damaged or missing items;
  • replacements;
  • returns;
  • refunds.

Requests concerning an Amazon order must be submitted through the purchaser’s Amazon account and are governed by Amazon’s current return and refund policies. Amazon states that many eligible items may be returned through its return system, but the applicable conditions depend on the item, seller, and order.

365 for Kids cannot directly refund a payment collected by Amazon.

10. Patreon Memberships

365 for Kids may maintain a separate creator page or membership offering through Patreon.

Patreon memberships are separate from:

  • Free Library Access;
  • the paid Library Membership purchased through 365forKids.com;
  • community-partner or organizational access.

Payments made through Patreon are processed within Patreon and are subject to Patreon’s billing, cancellation, and refund procedures.

A request relating to a Patreon payment should be submitted through the member’s Patreon account or communicated through the applicable Patreon process. Patreon currently provides tools through which members may request refunds and creators may review eligible requests.

A Patreon cancellation does not automatically cancel a 365forKids.com Library Membership, and canceling a website Library Membership does not cancel a Patreon membership.

11. Free Programs and Children’s Initiatives

365 for Kids may offer free educational, literary, artistic, and community initiatives, including:

  • Annual Children’s Stories & Art Exhibition;
  • Voices from the Heart;
  • Pages of Virtue;
  • other free exhibitions, publications, audio collections, and educational programs.

When no participation fee is charged, there is no payment to refund.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, 365 for Kids does not reimburse participants for personal expenses such as:

  • art materials;
  • printing;
  • postage;
  • internet or telephone service;
  • recording equipment;
  • transportation;
  • books purchased for personal use;
  • other participation-related expenses.

Submitting work does not by itself guarantee acceptance. Eligibility, participation capacity, order of acceptance, publication, and recognition are governed by the specific rules of each initiative. Participation in a free initiative does not create a right to reimbursement.

If a participant purchases a resulting printed book or catalog through Amazon, Amazon’s policies govern that purchase.

12. Classes, Events, and Services Booked Elsewhere

365forKids.com may describe or link to classes, events, appointments, workshops, or services operated or booked through Snowlike Studio, Setmore, another website, or another platform.

The cancellation and refund terms shown at the time of that separate booking apply to that service.

This Policy does not replace a service-specific cancellation policy, registration agreement, event policy, or third-party platform policy.

13. How to Request a Refund

To request review of a payment made directly through 365forKids.com, email:

info@snowlikestudio.com

Use the subject line:

Refund Request — 365 for Kids

Include:

  • the purchaser’s name;
  • the email address associated with the account;
  • the payment date;
  • the amount charged;
  • the order or transaction number, if available;
  • a brief explanation of the request;
  • relevant screenshots or confirmation messages, if helpful.

For your security, do not email:

  • your full payment-card number;
  • your card security code;
  • your account password;
  • sensitive information that is not necessary to investigate the request.

We may ask for additional information to verify the account, transaction, or authority to request the refund.

14. Refund Decisions

We will review refund requests reasonably and in good faith.

A request may be:

  • approved in full;
  • approved in part;
  • resolved through restored access or a membership extension;
  • declined when it falls outside this Policy and no legal refund right applies.

If a refund is approved, we may terminate the corresponding paid access immediately or adjust the membership expiration date to reflect the refunded period.

We will notify the requester of the decision using the email address associated with the account or request.

15. Refund Method and Processing Time

Approved refunds for payments made through 365forKids.com will generally be returned to the original payment method.

We normally cannot send a card refund to a different card, bank account, payment application, or person.

After a refund is issued, Stripe states that it commonly takes approximately 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer. In some cases, a recent charge may disappear as a reversal instead of appearing as a separate refund.

Bank processing delays are outside our direct control.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contacting us first often allows a billing or access problem to be resolved more quickly.

Nothing in this Policy prevents a cardholder from exercising lawful rights concerning an unauthorized or disputed charge.

Submitting false information, knowingly disputing a valid charge, or continuing to use refunded paid content may result in suspension or termination of the applicable account.

17. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Consumer-protection laws differ by country and state.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits:

  • refunds required by law;
  • rights relating to unauthorized payments;
  • statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights;
  • warranties or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

When mandatory law gives a consumer greater protection than this Policy, the mandatory legal protection will apply.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy when:

  • our services or products change;
  • our payment or membership systems change;
  • we introduce new purchase options;
  • legal requirements change;
  • clarification is reasonably necessary.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.

The version in effect at the time of a purchase will generally govern that transaction, except where a later change is required by law or benefits the customer.
