These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 365forKids.com, the free 365 for Kids Audio Library, educational resources, digital content, children’s initiatives, creative submissions, organizational partnerships, and related programs and services.

365 for Kids is a program of 365 Mosaic Foundation, an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity.

Please read these Terms carefully.

By accessing or using the Website, registering for a program, submitting materials, creating an account where required, or checking an agreement box, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website and do not register for programs or submit materials.

1. Who We Are

In these Terms, “365 for Kids,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 365 Mosaic Foundation in connection with its educational programs, charitable initiatives, creative submissions, and related activities.

Certain content, intellectual property, commercial products, or services may be owned, licensed, operated, or provided by other identified entities. Where applicable, separate terms may govern those products or services.

“Website” means 365forKids.com and its language versions.

“365 for Kids Audio Library” or “Library” refers to the publicly accessible collection of educational audio stories available through the Website.

2. Services Covered by These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • The 365 for Kids Website.
  • The free Audio Library.
  • Audio stories, educational videos, lessons, and digital resources.
  • Printable activities, coloring pages, and creative learning materials.
  • Children’s books and other products presented through the Website.
  • Newsletters and educational communications.
  • Children’s exhibitions, literary initiatives, and creative programs.

Certain initiatives, products, or services may have additional participation rules, eligibility requirements, consent forms, or contractual conditions.

Those additional terms apply together with these Terms. If a conflict arises, the specific rules governing the applicable program or transaction will control to the extent permitted by law.

3. Adult Responsibility and Eligibility

The publicly accessible Audio Library does not require account registration.

However, registrations, purchases, organizational applications, and children’s creative submissions must be completed by an appropriately authorized adult who is at least 18 years old.

By submitting information or registering for a program, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • The information you provide is accurate and current.
  • You are a parent, legal guardian, educator, organizational representative, or another appropriately authorized adult.
  • You have the authority to accept the applicable terms.
  • You have obtained all required permissions when acting on behalf of a child.

Children must not independently:

  • Create accounts requiring adult authorization.
  • Provide personal email addresses or contact information.
  • Subscribe to marketing communications.
  • Submit personal information, photographs, recordings, or creative work without the required adult involvement.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing age-appropriate supervision when children access online educational resources.

4. The 365 for Kids Audio Library

The 365 for Kids Audio Library is a growing collection of more than 600 educational audio stories created to encourage curiosity, imagination, emotional awareness, cultural discovery, and lifelong learning.

The Library includes subjects such as:

  • Fairy tales and stories from around the world.
  • Science stories and educational adventures.
  • Ancient Greek mythology and other myths and legends.
  • Stories about emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Kindness, virtues, responsibility, and character development.
  • Life skills and everyday challenges.
  • Other educational and imaginative storytelling collections.

Additional educational resources, including creative activities, printable materials, and video lessons, may be offered through other sections of the Website.

New content may be added regularly.

We reserve the right to add, reorganize, revise, replace, or remove materials when reasonably necessary.

Free access does not guarantee that every individual story, collection, resource, or technical feature will remain available permanently.

5. Free and Open Library Access

The entire 365 for Kids Audio Library is free and publicly accessible.

No payment, membership, account registration, login, or newsletter subscription is required to browse and listen to the audio stories.

The Library can be accessed directly at:

Free access is available to children, families, educators, libraries, schools, homeschool communities, nonprofit organizations, and the general public.

Newsletter registration is entirely optional and does not affect access to the Library.

We currently have no plans to introduce mandatory membership or listening fees.

Certain separately offered books, products, in-person services, or specialized programs may have their own prices or conditions. These are separate from access to the free Audio Library.

6. Accounts and Registration Security

Although no account is needed to listen to the Audio Library, some Website features may require registration.

These may include:

  • Organizational applications.
  • Community Showcase administration.
  • Children’s creative submissions.
  • Restricted administrative functions.
  • Other services requiring authenticated access.

When an account is required, the authorized adult or organizational representative is responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Providing accurate registration information.
  • Preventing unauthorized access.
  • Notifying us of suspected account misuse.
  • Following the applicable program and security requirements.

Account holders must not:

  • Sell or transfer account access without authorization.
  • Publish or distribute private login credentials.
  • Share access to restricted organizational functions with unauthorized individuals.
  • Attempt to bypass technical protections or security restrictions.
  • Use another person’s account without permission.

We may require password changes, additional verification, or temporary account restrictions when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, children, or participating organizations.

These account-security provisions do not impose any registration requirement on public Audio Library visitors.

7. Permitted Family and Educational Use

Unless a particular resource states otherwise, Website content is made available under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, family, and permitted noncommercial educational use.

Visitors may:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the content.
  • Remove copyright, attribution, trademark, or ownership notices.
  • Create unauthorized commercial adaptations or competing content collections.
  • Use protected content to train artificial-intelligence systems or datasets without authorization.
  • Circumvent technical measures intended to protect the Website or its resources.

Permission to listen to the Audio Library does not transfer ownership or copyright in the content.

Organizations requiring additional rights to reproduce, distribute, translate, publicly republish, or incorporate materials into their own digital platforms should request written authorization.

8. Community Collaboration and Organizational Partnerships

365 for Kids welcomes collaboration with:

  • Public libraries.
  • Schools and educational institutions.
  • Homeschool communities.
  • Afterschool and youth programs.
  • Nonprofit organizations.
  • Cultural and community centers.
  • Other organizations serving children and families.

Organizations may use the publicly available Audio Library for permitted noncommercial educational activities without registration or organizational approval.

Additional collaboration opportunities may include:

  • Educational workshops and creative learning sessions.
  • Participation in national children’s initiatives.
  • Use of available educational Activity Guides.
  • Creative writing, reading, and illustration activities.
  • Community Showcases.
  • Other educational and cultural partnerships.

Some organizational services may require registration, verification, or separate written agreements.

Organizations participating in such programs agree to:

  • Use resources for the approved educational or community purpose.
  • Designate responsible adult representatives.
  • Provide appropriate supervision of children.
  • Protect restricted organizational access credentials.
  • Respect copyright, privacy, and child-protection requirements.
  • Obtain all necessary permissions for participation and submissions.
  • Follow applicable publication and technical guidelines.

Participation in a partnership program does not automatically guarantee publication, funding, grants, sponsorship, or a dedicated Community Showcase.

Specific partnership arrangements may establish additional conditions, responsibilities, durations, or reporting requirements.

9. Children’s Programs and Initiatives

365 for Kids organizes and develops educational, literary, artistic, and community initiatives.

These include:

  • Annual Children’s Stories & Art Exhibition.
  • Voices from the Heart.
  • Pages of Virtue.
  • A World of Stories.
  • Community Showcases.
  • 365 Mosaic of Goodness.
  • Future literary, artistic, educational, audio, and community programs.

Individual initiatives may have specific requirements concerning:

  • Participant age.
  • Geographic eligibility.
  • Language.
  • Submission deadlines.
  • Themes and creative subjects.
  • Technical specifications.
  • Originality and authorship.
  • Selection and publication procedures.
  • Parental or guardian consent.
  • Awards and certificates.
  • Participation capacity.

An initiative may close submissions before its announced deadline if its published participation limit is reached.

Where acceptance is based on submission order, only complete submissions meeting the published requirements will be considered under the applicable rules.

Participants and authorized submitting adults must review the specific rules of the relevant program.

Participation in one initiative does not automatically establish eligibility for another initiative.

Access to the free Audio Library remains independent of participation in children’s programs.

10. Authority to Submit Materials for a Child

A child’s work, recording, photograph, or personal information may be submitted only by an adult authorized under the applicable initiative rules.

The submitting adult confirms that:

  • They are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or possess the required authority.
  • All necessary permissions and consents have been obtained.
  • The information submitted is accurate.
  • The child understands the activity in an age-appropriate manner.
  • The submission does not violate another person’s rights.
  • The submission complies with the applicable program rules.

Teachers, organizational representatives, foster-care representatives, residential-program representatives, and other adults must not assume that their professional role automatically authorizes submission of a child’s creative work.

They must obtain the permissions required by the relevant institution, the applicable program, and applicable law.

365 for Kids may request additional evidence of authority before accepting or publishing a submission.

11. Submission Standards

Children’s artwork, writing, recordings, and other submitted materials must:

  • Be created by the participating child, with only the assistance permitted by the applicable initiative.
  • Be original or otherwise legally authorized.
  • Meet the published theme and technical requirements.
  • Be suitable for children, families, schools, and community audiences.
  • Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
  • Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other legal rights.
  • Comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.

Submissions must not contain:

  • Illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or threatening material.
  • Sexually explicit, exploitative, or seriously harmful content.
  • Unauthorized commercial advertising.
  • Malicious files or code.
  • Material that infringes another person’s rights.

Unless specifically required and appropriately authorized, submissions should not include:

  • A child’s full last name.
  • Home address.
  • Personal telephone number.
  • Private social-media information.
  • Medical or mental-health information.
  • Sensitive family circumstances.
  • Foster-care or residential-care status.
  • School name.
  • Photographs clearly identifying the child’s face.

We may reject, request changes to, or remove submissions that do not comply with these standards.

Additional originality requirements, including restrictions on AI-generated work, may apply to particular initiatives and will be stated in their published rules.

12. Ownership of Children’s Creative Work

The child or lawful rights holder retains copyright ownership of the child’s original artwork, writing, recordings, and other creative submissions.

Submitting work to 365 for Kids does not transfer copyright ownership to the Foundation.

By submitting work with the required permission, the authorized adult grants 365 Mosaic Foundation — 365 for Kids a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for the purposes of the applicable program, to:

  • Receive, store, review, and evaluate the submission.
  • Reproduce and prepare it for publication.
  • Resize, crop, format, transcribe, caption, or make minor editorial corrections.
  • Display, perform, or stream the work publicly.
  • Publish the work online or in print.
  • Include it in exhibitions, galleries, audio collections, catalogs, annual publications, certificates, and program archives.
  • Share it through official 365 for Kids communication channels.
  • Use the work to document and promote the applicable initiative and related educational programs.

We will not intentionally make material changes that alter the child’s central creative expression or intended meaning without additional permission.

Unless the applicable program explicitly provides otherwise, participation is unpaid, and no royalties or other compensation are owed for authorized publication or display.

Printed catalogs, annual books, and other program publications may be distributed or sold without payment to individual participants, subject to the applicable consent and program rules.

13. Public Identification and Children’s Privacy

Public presentation of children’s work is limited to information authorized through the applicable submission and consent procedures.

Depending on the program, approved information may include:

  • First name and last-name initial.
  • Approved display name or creative name.
  • Age or age group.
  • City and state.
  • Title of the work.
  • Selected story, theme, virtue, or topic.
  • Name of a participating organization, when authorized.

Contact information belonging to parents, guardians, teachers, or organizational representatives will not be published without separate appropriate permission.

We aim to minimize the collection and public disclosure of children’s personal information.

The handling of personal information is further described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Selection, Publication, Awards, and Certificates

Submission does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance.
  • Selection.
  • Publication.
  • An award.
  • A certificate.
  • Permanent online display.
  • Inclusion in a printed publication.

Exceptions may apply where the specific initiative explicitly guarantees an outcome for all accepted submissions.

Review and selection may consider:

  • Eligibility.
  • Compliance with the published rules.
  • Originality.
  • Appropriateness.
  • Technical requirements.
  • Available participation capacity.
  • Connection to the program theme.
  • Completeness of required consent.

Where a program includes judging or awards, the published selection criteria will apply.

Decisions are final except where a confirmed administrative error requires correction.

Certificates and recognitions have no cash value unless otherwise expressly stated.

We may correct spelling, formatting, technical, or administrative errors in certificates and published materials.

15. Requests to Remove Children’s Work

A parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative may request removal of a child’s work from online channels directly controlled by 365 for Kids.

Subject: Child Submission Removal Request

Requests should preferably be sent from the email address used for the original submission.

We may request reasonable verification of the requester’s identity and authority.

We will make reasonable efforts to remove the material from online locations under our direct control and discontinue future authorized use where appropriate.

However:

  • Printed books and catalogs already produced cannot necessarily be recalled.
  • Previously distributed physical copies cannot be retrieved.
  • Third-party shares, screenshots, downloads, archives, or reposts may remain accessible.
  • Search-engine caches may not update immediately.
  • Backups may retain temporary copies.
  • Limited records may be retained for consent documentation, legal compliance, or other lawful purposes.

A removal request does not retroactively invalidate uses lawfully completed before the request was processed.

Nothing in this section limits privacy or deletion rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. Books and Third-Party Retailers

The Website may present children’s books, educational publications, creative activity books, and other titles associated with 365 for Kids.

Purchases may be completed through Amazon or another identified third-party retailer.

When purchasing through Amazon:

  • The transaction is handled by Amazon or the applicable seller.
  • Prices and availability are determined by the retailer.
  • Payments, shipping, printing, returns, and refunds are governed by the retailer’s policies.
  • 365 for Kids does not control Amazon’s independent order-processing decisions.

Questions concerning retailer transactions should first be directed to the relevant retailer.

Purchasing books is optional and is not required to access the free Audio Library.

17. Email Communications and Newsletter Subscriptions

We may send service-related communications necessary to:

  • Confirm a registration or organizational application.
  • Deliver a requested educational resource.
  • Communicate about a child’s submission.
  • Request missing permissions or technical corrections.
  • Provide program updates, results, and certificates.
  • Respond to inquiries.
  • Notify users about security or administrative matters.
  • Provide information about a specific transaction or service, when applicable.

Adults may voluntarily subscribe to receive:

  • New audio story announcements.
  • Educational resources.
  • Printable activities.
  • Children’s program and exhibition announcements.
  • Book updates.
  • Community initiative news.
  • Occasional relevant offers or communications.

Newsletter subscription is optional.

It is not required to listen to the Audio Library, access public resources, or participate in free children’s initiatives.

Marketing recipients may unsubscribe using the link included in applicable emails.

We do not intentionally invite children to subscribe independently to marketing communications.

18. Intellectual Property

Except for content identified as belonging to another creator, participant, licensor, or the public domain, the Website and its content are owned by or licensed to Snowlike Studio, LLC — 365 for Kids, as applicable.

Protected materials may include:

  • Original stories and literary adaptations.
  • Audio recordings and narration.
  • Illustrations, graphics, and artwork.
  • Videos and educational lessons.
  • Worksheets and printable resources.
  • Website design and layout.
  • Collection organization and compilations.
  • Logos, names, and branding.
  • Written educational content.
  • Photographs and promotional materials.

Public-domain stories and historical sources remain subject to their applicable public-domain status.

However, original adaptations, translations, recordings, illustrations, educational annotations, designs, and compilations may receive separate copyright protection.

Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual-property ownership to Website visitors or program participants.

Free access grants permission to use the content only as described in these Terms or the applicable resource license.

19. Copyright Concerns

However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website, Audio Library, programs, and educational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Website access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Every resource will meet each user’s individual expectations.
  • Educational content will produce a particular learning or personal outcome.
  • Every technical issue can be corrected immediately.
  • Third-party platforms or services will remain available.
  • All previously available content will remain online permanently.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snowlike Studio, LLC and 365 Mosaic Foundation — 365 for Kids, as applicable to their respective activities and responsibilities, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Website, Library, content, programs, or third-party services.

For a claim relating to a paid service provided directly by an applicable service provider, the total contractual liability of that provider will not exceed the amount paid directly to that provider for the relevant service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

For free services, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including where applicable to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or certain personal-injury claims.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer protections or legal remedies that cannot be waived.

26. Responsibility for Submitted Materials

The submitting adult is responsible for ensuring that materials are submitted with the required authority and permissions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the submitting adult is responsible for claims arising directly from:

  • Submission without necessary authority or consent.
  • Infringement of copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Materially false statements about authorship or permission.
  • Violations of the applicable initiative rules.
  • Unlawful or harmful submitted content.

To the extent permitted by law, the submitting adult agrees to reimburse the responsible program operator or rights holder, as applicable, for reasonable losses or expenses caused directly by the submitting adult’s material violation of these responsibilities.

This provision does not impose responsibility for losses caused by the negligence, misconduct, or legal violations of another party.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law controls.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought before a state or federal court in Illinois that has proper jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits legal rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

28. International Users

The Website is operated from the United States.

People accessing the Website from other countries are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

Certain children’s programs may restrict participation based on age, residence, language, or other published eligibility requirements.

Access to publicly available educational resources does not automatically establish eligibility for a particular initiative.

If translated versions of these Terms are provided, the English-language version will control in the event of a conflict, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Changes to our educational resources or Library.
  • New programs or services.
  • Changes in partnership arrangements.
  • Updates to Website functionality.
  • Legal or regulatory developments.
  • Administrative or organizational changes.
  • Clarifications necessary for accurate public information.

Continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Registered users and participating organizations may not transfer restricted accounts or contractual rights under these Terms without written authorization.

The responsible service provider or program operator may assign applicable rights or obligations as part of a lawful merger, restructuring, transfer of assets, or organizational change, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable:

constitute the agreement governing the relevant use of 365 for Kids resources, programs, and services.

Separate retailer or service-provider terms may apply to transactions completed outside the Website.
