7. Children’s Privacy
365 for Kids provides educational content for children and families. However, accounts, purchases, registrations, and submissions must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, educator, teacher, or other authorized adult.
We do not knowingly invite children under 13 to:
- create their own account;
- provide their own email address;
- purchase a membership;

- independently submit personal information.
When information about a child is required for an initiative, it must be submitted by an adult with appropriate authority and consent.
If a teacher, organization, residential program, foster-care organization, library, school, or other representative submits information on behalf of a child, that representative is responsible for confirming that all required parent, guardian, agency, school, or other permissions have been obtained.
We limit the information requested about children and use it only for the stated educational, creative, administrative, or publication purpose.
We do not sell children’s personal information or use children’s creative submissions for behavioral advertising.
A parent or legal guardian may contact us to:
- ask what information we hold about their child;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of information, where legally and practically possible;
- withdraw permission for future use;
- request removal of an online audio recording, artwork, writing, or other submission.
If we learn that personal information was submitted directly by a child under 13 without appropriate adult involvement or consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Each initiative may have its own participation guidelines, consent language, publication release, and removal procedure. Those specific terms apply in addition to this Privacy Policy.
Removal Requests
A parent or authorized representative may request removal of online content by contacting us from the email address used for the original submission or by providing other reasonable proof of authority.
We will make reasonable efforts to remove content from websites or online channels that we directly control.
